  • Relieve yourself from stress. Have time to relax yourself and keep a calm state of mind.
  • Use sunscreen to protect your skin from harsh conditions.
  • Don’t stay too long under the sun. Vitamin D is good but if you stay too long under the sun, the ultraviolet rays can cause damage to your delicate skin.
